Fringe 'benefits'

Further into the abyss:

One of Britain’s leading abortion providers has come under fire for offering free terminations for staff as a perk of the job.

Staff are also offered a reduced-rate membership at one of more than 1,700 participating gyms and leisure centres and ‘access to special rates and discounts on a wide range of additional benefits, including travel, theme parks, experience days, weight-loss programmes, cycles and accessories’.

A nurse working for Marie Stopes could get a free abortion for herself or her teenage daughter if she had an unwanted pregnancy, saving hundreds of pounds, or in cases of late termination, more than £1,000.

Great. Not only can you collude in the murder of someone else's child, but you get to kill your own for free.

Ah the abortion = murder issue raises its head.

I'm pro-abortion although I admit, in recent years, the Abortion Act has been misused by those who now regard it as another form of contraception.

Women have the right to decide. I think that's what troubles the male population because it's one of the few areas of life in which they have no control.

Subrosa.
It all comes down to what you believe human life to be. I believe that when a human comes into being, no one else has the right of life or death over he/she.
You say women should decide. Well I m sure 50%of unborn children are female. Yet no decision allowed there. Some one else decides.
I clearly is not just the simple male/female powerplay that you would have us believe. Lives are at stake.

It was always misused and the criteria for abortion have been applied dishonestly fro the beginnning. The mental and physical health of the mother in the vas majority of pregnancies is simply not at risk.

Well, they've been given that right, but then again, we still have the right to call a spade a spade. My wife and I regarded our children as our children from the moment we knew of their existence and did all we could to protect them. Don't call it murder if you don't want to but I'm not sure what else you can call the intentional killing of another human who isn't a direct threat to your existence.
