Last month Tony Blair addressed the Comunione e Liberazione Conference in Rimini. Among other things he spoke of how:

The pace of modern life and the restless search for short-term material gain in a globalised economic system constitute a threat both to the planet and to human identity.

Between June 2007 and October 2008 Mr Blair earned over £12M. He owns a number of substantial properties.

You can hardly blame CeL for being in thrall to The Great Pretender. He managed to fool a Prince of the Holy Roman Church. Come to think of it he managed to fool a whole country....
