Come quietly

When hoteliers, Christians, in conversation with guests, maintains that they think Mohammed was a 'warlord' (he was) and that some Muslim dress for women is 'a form of bondage' (a perfectly legitimate opinion) should we be worried when they face court under Section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986 and Section 31 (1) (c) and (5) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.

The facts of the case must be established in open court but am I right to worry that an Enabling Act might not be too far away?
