This Is Not My Mass #1

While I have been in vacanza (about which, more later) all Hell seems to have broken loose in the blogosphere. I refer, of course, to the cowardly, sneering attack by Elena Curti on Fr Tim Finigan.
Thousands of words have been expended by bloggers far more eloquent than me in defence of the good Fr Finigan. Sometimes, pictures can say much more. There will now follow a week of liturgical horrors. As they say on the telly, please look away now.....

Welcome back!
How did we sink so low as to have Pontifical pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake Masses. Diocese of Linz, I bet!
Is the girl on the epistle side in Hitler Youth uniform?

Unlikely even the Diocese of Linz wouldn't be that insensitive.
Is the identity of the place confidential?
Here's an excellent candidate for This Is not My Mass, No. 3:

As a colleague pointed out, they do have a sanctuary lamp.
The sad thing is that there appears to be a very dignified High Altar (or at least the gradines of same) hidden in the background - rather nice crucifix and 'big six' candlesticks.
Shame someone seems to have photoshopped an image of a circus in front (oh, that it was just some computer prankster's work, and not real!).
Jim,
Have just followed your link and wish I hadn't. Is it a missionary church being sacked by a hostile tribe?
Anonymous- you can go back to the original album on Flickr and find that it hails from:
"A Mass to commemorate Invasion Day 2009 at St Mary's Catholic Church in South Brisbane January 25 2009"
